typical day unfolds in the kitchen of Dawn Sanchez
Creations: An afternoon luncheon is being prepared
for hundreds of guests and the staff is putting the
finishing touches on a custom cake.
Dawn's philosophy is " I believe, and therefore
it is", she calmly states. "Everything I've
set out to do, I've manifested by envisioning it,
and then setting out to do it."
For over 8 years, Dawn Sanchez Creations has not only
thrived as a business, but has received awards from
Governor Richardson through the Small Business Development
Center, and PNM named her emerging Entrepreneur of
the year for 2004. The Food Network featured her creations
and she even appeared on the "The Hunting Channel"
on a show about cooking wild game. Her clients includes
Lovelace, Sandia, Explora, Wells Fargo, and the Hispano.
